We are all about small business, individuals and families. Featuring a full line of video services and in-home computer support services, we're helping people become more comfortable, knowledgeable, and productive with technology.

Based in Lowell, Massachusetts, we help clients all over the Merrimack Valley, Greater Boston, and throughout New England. HoneyBear clients include families, individuals, and groups, along with small businesses, manufacturing companies, and retailers. Each client enjoys custom, individualized services and one-on-one attention. Our customers know that we're not satisfied until they are satisfied.

Our management team is led by HoneyBear founder Tom Hood. Tom holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering, and has over two decades of computer hardware and software design, development, and management experience, as well as over ten years of applied graphic design and videography. Additionally, he has taught courses at the UMass/Lowell Graduate School, and in corporate settings.
 
Perry Honeychurch is our financial advisor and general overseer. Mr. Honeychurch graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University. His distinguished career in customer service, financial management, and grant management has included positions with Bank of New England, Harvard University, and the UMass/Lowell Research Foundation. In addition to his other duties, he is also pursuing a legal degree.
